  1. Prepare 1 bowl of boiled Yam.
  2. Prepare 4 tbsp of roasted gram flour.
  3. It’s 2 tsp of chopped green chillies.
  4. You need 1 tsp of ginger- garlic paste.
  5. Prepare 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of amchur powder.
  8. It’s 1 tsp of garam masala.
  9. You need 1 tsp of kasuri methi.
  10. Prepare 1/2 of black pepper powder.

Take boiled and grated yam in a bowl and mash well. Mix with split Bengal gram paste. Add chopped green chillies, crushed garlic, all ground spice, salt, and red chilli powder. Mix well to make a thick mixture.


  1. In a mixing bowl add boiled Yam and mash it with a fork(while boiling add salt n turmeric powder in water).

Shape the kebabs and shallow fry on both the sides until the colour becomes golden brown. When cool, take a bowl, add yam mash it nicely. Then add mashed paneer, salt, green chillies, cornflour, coriander, mix well. Then give it shape of kebabs and refrigerate it. Then later deep fry or shallow fry it.
