Beef Chapli Kebab. Chapli kebab is a form of kebabs widely popular in Pakistan. Mixed together with a South Asian blend of spices, the beef is flattened into circles and shallow-fried. The patty must have a charred exterior for an authentic look and flavor!

Ingredients of Beef Chapli Kebab

  1. It’s Half of kg beef mince.
  2. It’s 2 tsp of meat tenderiser.
  3. You need 1 cup of Chopped onion.
  4. It’s 1 cup of Chopped tomato.
  5. You need Half of cup green coriander.
  6. You need 6 of green chillies.
  7. It’s to taste of Salt.
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of crushed chillies.
  9. You need 1 tsp of mix garam masala powder.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  11. You need 2 of eggs raw.
  12. You need 2 of eggs omelet.
  13. You need Half of cup makaee ka ata.
  14. You need 2 tbs of ghee.
  15. You need of Oil for frying.

For this burger I wanted to make something out on the grill fashioned after a Pakistani chapli kebab, which is a beef patty chock full of aromatic Asian spices. In frying pan,add beef fat and cover on low flame and allow fat to drain out (stir in between) and remove muscle fat trimmings & set aside. Heat melted fat and fry chapli kababs on medium low flame until done. Beef Chapli Kebab step by step

  1. Wash mince and drain water completely.
  2. In a chopper add mince with all spices, raw eggs, ata and chop well.
  3. After removing from chopper add coriander onions tomatoes and mix well.
  4. Keep the mixture in fridge for one hour.
  5. Now make kebabs slightly big from normal.
  6. Shallow fry on medium heat.
  7. Serve with mint raita.
