  1. Below are the ingredients I use for my kebab 👩‍🍳.
  2. Wash your meat and cut it cube, or as you desire, add it in a bowl along with your honey,oil,milk/yogut, grated pepper and spices,mix all ingredients together and let it marinate for about 40 mins.
  3. String the chicken/meat in your skewers altering with onions and green paper..
  4. Heat a pan or a griller, while you add your veg oil to it, as your place each skewer to it, repeat this process to the remaining,let it look brown for about 5 mins..
  5. Take it out and enjoy your kebab😋😋😋.
