- For the kofta:mash together cottage cheese & boiled potatoes. Add ginger, corn flour, salt, roasted cumin seeds powder, Red chilli powder, garam masala. Mix them well and shape in to the round balls..

- Strain the puree and transfer it to a pan. Bring it to a boil and add sugar and salt to taste..
- Add cream stir and cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat..
