Ingredients of Curd Rice Seekh Kebab

  1. It’s 1 cup of hung yogurt (makes 10-12 koftas).
  2. You need 1 & 1/2 cups of cooked rice, mashed.
  3. Prepare 1-2 tbsp. of fried onion.
  4. It’s 1-2 of green chilies, chopped.
  5. You need 2 tbsp. of mint leaves, chopped.
  6. You need to taste of salt.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp. of roasted cumin powder.
  8. It’s 1/2 tsp. of red chilli flakes.
  9. You need 1/2 tsp. of roasted cumin powder.
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp. of garam masala powder.
  11. Prepare pinch of turmeric powder.
  12. You need 1/2 cup of rice flour.
  13. It’s 2-3 tbsp. of oil to shallow fry.
  14. It’s as needed of few skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
