Ingredients of Badshai kofta

  1. Prepare 2 of green banana.
  2. It’s 1 of potato.
  3. You need 1 of tomato.
  4. You need 2-3 of cloves.

  7. You need 1 table spoon of grated coconut.

Badshai kofta instructions

  1. First we have to boil the bananas and potatoes. We have to cool it for some time and then have to make a paste..
  2. We have to add little bit garam masala powder,some salt and sugar and chopped coriander then give them the shape of ball by using flour for binding and in the middle we have to give cashew and kismis..
  3. We have to add oil and ghee and fry the bills and keep then aside..
  4. After that in the remaining oil we will be adding cloves,cinnamon, cardamom and jeera for tempering..
  5. After that we will be adding chopped tomatoes, gingerp aste,curd,chilli pa and stair it after some time we will be seeing oil getting separated then we will be adding all the powder and mix it well..
  6. Then we will be adding the koftas and mix with the gavey for few minutes.And at the time of completion we will be added Little bit ghee and garam masala powder and off the flame..
  7. We will use chopped coriander some cashew and kismis by roughly chopping and a little bit of grated coconut and will serve it..
