Beetroot kebabs instructions

  1. In a pan add oil add beetroot slices roast it till it slightly changes colour.
  2. Next once roasted let it cool down and then blend it in a puree.
  3. Next take it out puree in mixing bowl add all spices & cornflour and mix well to form a dough.
  4. Now make kebabs from it and keep in fridge for about 10 mins.
  5. Next switch on gas heat pan add little oil in pan.
  6. In a bowl add 2 tbsp maida add little water to make slurry & in another bowl take crushed vermicilli.
  7. Dip kebabs into slurry and coat them with vermicilli and then shallow fry till it gets cook well.
  8. Once done take them out in plate.
  9. Serve hot with sauce/chutney.
