  8. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add Tomato Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Dhaniya jeera, Amchur Powder, Curd, Fresh Cream and simmer in on medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes..
  9. Cut the Kofta into halves. Place them in Gravy. Garnish with Cream and Coriander..
