- You need 1 piece of Chopped garlic.
- It’s 1/2 piece of Chopped ginger.
- You need 1-2 pieces/ 1-2 tablespoon of Tomato or Tomato Sauce.
- Prepare 2 pieces of Green chilli (For Decorations).
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of Poha powder.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Garam masala.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Fried masala.
- You need 1/2 tablespoon of mustard seeds.
- Prepare as required of Cooking oil (Preferred mustard oil or Olive oil).
- Prepare to taste of Salt.

- Fry the potatoes again by pouring some oil and keep them aside..
- Let's prepare Kofta curry by heating the pan, pour some cooking oil and add little bit of mustard seeds with the mentioned ingredients lie chopped onions, chopped garlic,chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, chopped red chilli, chopped tomato or a tablespoon of tomato sauce (as needed)..
- Add fried potatoes, and in the meantime add water and saute it properly..
